Most people who try HYROX for the first time don't fail on the movements. They fail on pacing. They push too hard, hit a wall at station four, and crawl to the finish. Base Camp teaches you the one skill that actually separates a good race from a bad one — how to manage your effort, your transitions, and your time. So you finish on your terms.

Learn to Pace

3 minutes per station. Real clock. You'll find out fast what sustainable effort actually feels like — before race day does it for you.

Understand Race Flow

Nine stations, in sequence, the way HYROX runs them. No skipping, no shortcuts. You leave knowing the format in your body, not just your head.

Train without Ego

Every movement is coached and scaled. You're not here to prove anything. You're here to understand the race — and leave ready to train for it properly.

No HYROX experience needed. Coaches are on the floor the whole session — demoing, correcting, keeping effort honest.

Runners, CrossFitters, gym-goers. Base Camp covers the HYROX-specific skills that don't carry over automatically from other training.
