Base Camp teaches you the one skill that actually separates a good race from a bad one — how to manage your effort, your transitions, and your time. So you finish on your terms.

No HYROX experience needed. Coaches are on the floor the whole session — demoing, correcting, keeping effort honest.

Runners, CrossFitters, gym-goers. Base Camp covers the HYROX-specific skills that don't carry over automatically from other training.
