HYROX at Awaken, Explained.
What is HYROX?
HYROX is a global fitness race that combines running with functional workout stations — things like sled pushes, wall balls, rowing, and farmer's carries. It's designed for everyday athletes, not just elite competitors. At Awaken, we prepare members for HYROX through structured training, simulations, and race-specific coaching.
What is HYROX Base Camp?
HYROX Base Camp is a 90-minute, coach-led intro session for anyone curious about HYROX but unsure where to start. You'll rotate through all 9 HYROX stations in a group circuit (3 minutes per station), with coaching on pacing, transitions, and proper execution. It's beginner-friendly, scaled, and completely pressure-free. No race ego — just learning and moving.
- When: 2x a month (Sundays)
- Duration: 90 minutes
- Rate: ₱1,000 per person
- Location: Awaken Fitness Center
- Slots are limited — pre-registration required.
What are HYROX Simulation Sessions?
HYROX Simulations are race-format training sessions that replicate the actual HYROX race experience, including all running segments and workout stations in sequence. They're designed to test your pacing, transitions, and race-day readiness in a controlled environment.
All simulations at AWAKEN must be booked by appointment. Walk-ins are available at ₱1,000 per session for self-paced simulations and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
What is the Awaken HYROX Race Series?
It's a premium, 12–16 week race-preparation package for members training toward a specific HYROX event. It's a structured program with a defined race timeline that bundles training, recovery, simulations, and race-day inclusions into one package.

How much does the Race Series cost?
Race Series packages vary depending on the training duration and program structure. Please message us for a quotation so we can assess the appropriate training timeline for you.
Do I need to be experienced to join the Race Series?
The Race Series is designed for members who are committed to preparing for a specific HYROX race. Your coach will tailor the program to your level, but a baseline understanding of training is helpful. If you're brand new, we recommend starting with HYROX Base Camp or our regular classes first.
