  • What types of classes does Awaken offer?

    Our class lineup is designed so that each session serves a specific purpose in your training. Classes include HYROX Power, Foundation, Engine, Bulletproofing, and Flexibility — each targeting a different element of performance.


    Together, they develop strength, endurance, mobility, and flexibility, allowing your body to train consistently and perform well over the long term. These sessions are designed to complement each other, not be done in isolation.


  • Do I need to be fit to start?

    Not at all. Our classes are scaled and coached to meet different fitness levels. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced athlete, you'll be guided through every session with proper form, pacing, and options that suit your current ability.


  • What is HYROX?

    HYROX is a global fitness race that combines running with functional workout stations — things like sled pushes, wall balls, rowing, and farmer's carries. It's designed for everyday athletes, not just elite competitors. At Awaken, we prepare members for HYROX through structured training, simulations, and race-specific coaching.


  • What is HYROX Base Camp?

    HYROX Base Camp is a 90-minute, coach-led intro session for anyone curious about HYROX but unsure where to start. You'll rotate through all 9 HYROX stations in a group circuit (3 minutes per station), with coaching on pacing, transitions, and proper execution. It's beginner-friendly, scaled, and completely pressure-free. No race ego — just learning and moving.

    • When: 2x a month (Sundays)
    • Duration: 90 minutes
    • Rate: ₱1,000 per person
    • Location: Awaken Fitness Center
    • Slots are limited — pre-registration required.

  • What are HYROX Simulation Sessions?

     HYROX Simulations are race-format training sessions that replicate the actual HYROX race experience, including all running segments and workout stations in sequence. They're designed to test your pacing, transitions, and race-day readiness in a controlled environment.

     

    All simulations at AWAKEN must be booked by appointment. Walk-ins are available at ₱1,000 per session for self-paced simulations and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.


  • Does Awaken offer personal training?

    Yes. Personalized 1:1 coaching is one of our core differentiators. Our coaches build individual programs based on your movement assessment, goals, and race timeline. Personal training at Awaken covers strength development, technique refinement, weak-point correction, and race-specific preparation.
