Not every gym running a HYROX class is set up to actually prep you for one. HYROX 365 is an official accreditation covering equipment, coaching standard, and programming, and fewer than ten facilities in the Philippines currently hold it.
Awaken Fitness Center in Metrowalk, Pasig, is one of the first HYROX 365-accredited gyms in the country. The sled tracks, ski ergs, and station setups match international competition spec. Not a version of it, the actual thing.
Training here means coaching built around what the race actually demands: pacing across 8 kilometers, moving cleanly in and out of stations, holding technique when your legs are already gone.
