RELEASE

Blading (IASTM)
Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that breaks down scar tissue, fascial restrictions, and chronic tightness — particularly effective for overuse injuries common in HYROX training.

Myofascial Release

Deep Tissue Massage
